*Why do you need Criminal Record (Police check)? Criminal Record, in order to be granted for the work permit for foreigner, apply for Visa to other countries from Vietnam, completing the immigration or reside procedures in a country, foreigners who are or have been residing in Vietnam must apply for a criminal record for the time that they residing in Vietnam.

***Notice: In Vietnam Work permit procedure, if you already had Criminal record issued in your country and still valid, so you donโ€™t have to apply for Criminal record again in Vietnam
