NOTICE ABOUT “AUTOMATIC STAY EXTENSION”

1. CONTINUE implementing “automatic stay extension” for foreign nationals until December 31st, 2021 (subjects and forms prescribed in the paragraph 1 of the diplomatic Note No. 6345/QLXNC dated May 19th, 2020).
“Foreigners who entered Vietnam on visa waivers, e-visas or tourist visas from March 1st, 2020”
2. Other contents shall be implemented based on the Notice dated May 5th, 2021.
