*Option 1: Get marriage to a Vietnamese

You already got married to a Vietnamese, with legal Married Certificate, you can obtain a Spouse Temporary Residence Card, with up to 3 years validity.

*Option 2: Having work permit and work for a Vietnam company

You already have a work permit (With your current company sponsor), you can obtain a Labor Temporary Residence Card, with 2 years validity.

You are legally an investor of a Vietnam Company, you can obtain an Investor Temporary Residence Card, with validity up to 3-5 years.
