Stage 1: Apply for “Entry permission” at Labor department

               Requirements: Sponsor company Business license, Applicant’s passport information page scan,

 Departure airport and Arrival airport in Vietnam, expected arrival date and staying period, Applicant’s job position (Title)

*After receiving all information above, Sunviet will prepare all the forms and send back to your company sponsor, please  get the director signature and company stamp on, and send back all the completed forms to Sunviet, so we can start Processing Stage 1.

               Processing time: 3.5 – 4 weeks

      Stage 2: Apply for “Vietnam visa approval letter”

               Requirements: Sponsor company Business license, Applicant’s passport information page scan, expected arrival date and staying period, where to get Vietnam visa stamp on (Vietnam consulate/ embassy in what city, country or at airport on arrival)

*After finishing Stage 1, Sunviet will follow to start preparing forms for Stage 2, and send the filled forms to you, please get director signature and company stamp on, and send back all the completed forms to Sunviet, so we can start Processing Stage 2.

               Processing time: 10 working days

             Type of visa: 3 months/ Business visa (Single entry or Multiple entries depend on the final decision from the Immigration)

*After getting “Vietnam visa approval letter”, the applicant will go to the expected embassy/ airport, and follow the instruction there to get your Vietnam visa stamp on

*Visa Stamped on passport for a client from Sunviet

     Extra step between Stage 1 and Stage 2:

According to the new law from Aug 5, 2020, the applicant also has to have a “Commitment letter” to the Health department, and get approval from them to move to Stage 2.

            Note:

 *In the processing time, we may need some more information from the applicant or the Sponsor company to support the application, if needed, Sunviet will inform you.

*Sunviet cannot guarantee on booking a flight ticket to Vietnam on your expected plan, since all the flight routes to Vietnam are still limited due to the COVID-19 issue, so please look for flights before planning and make sure the airline has  permission to operate the flight route. Also if you transit in a 3rd country, please make sure that country allows foreigners to transit there.

14-day quarantine at 3-4* hotels (Contact Sunviet for special request)

*On your arrival in Vietnam, you will have to go through a medical check at the airport and go through a 14-day quarantine program (Quarantine fee will be paid by client) at the Government area, or pay extra for quarantine at a hotel.
